If you have any questions about the quality of the goods we supply, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible and provide the following necessary documents:

1. Sales invoice and packing list, so that we can call the detailed information of the customer's suspected goods in the quality control database for the first time.

2. Please send a quality inspection report by email or fax, so that we can immediately contact the relevant manufacturers to inquire about quality issues and eliminate potential risks.

For sample testing, we need customers to provide samples of quality goods in doubt and submit them to the original factory or a third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis to find the root cause of quality problems, so as to more effectively respond to quality risks.
